Beautiful setting tonight as the sun was going down. Got lots of people working to get us ready for our crossing in a couple weeks. The rigging guy, Laurence Vinney at Sail Power Menorca and our Captain, Graham Turner and our friend Jean-Louis on the other Sunreef yacht here. We are changing our reefing set up so it is much stronger and safer. The Captain is getting to know the boat and our friend has been helping all of us with a wealth of information from 30 years of sailing and showing us all the modifications he has made to make his boat safe and comfortable. Today was a good day!The dream of Mark Koch and Theresa Williams to see the world begins on boat named "Lucky Jack". Our Vessel of Freedom. We first saw the boat in Feb of 2006 at the Miami Boat Show. We found her again in Menorca,Spain. Now our adventure really begins. I hope you enjoy reading about our travels and the people we meet. If you decide that reading about it isn't enough, then you need to join us and become part of the adventure.
